Selfportrait 2015

my first self portrait in about 10 years, i challenged myself by dropping the symmetry very early on and working almost exclusively from a mirror. i only used 2 photos in the progress on only checked like stuff i couldn't see with one mirror. i cheated a bit with mirroring the base construction of the eye and ear and retopologizing it. Was a nice challenge overall, tho it is not 100% there.

and as i have been asked, attached is also a quick tutorial on how i constructed the eyeball. tho i didn't do it from a sphere but directly in the head
